In respect for the environment and our beautiful planet, water and electricity are included in the rental price, calculated according to the number of people and length of stay. The package is determined at booking. Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure. Any consumption beyond the included allowance will be charged at the prevailing rates.
Note: Due to the interior staircase and the elevated, non-secured pool, the house is not recommended for very young children.
The owner may occasionally reside on the property in a separate independent dwelling. Guests’ privacy is nevertheless guaranteed.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS

The owner requests that you perform the following tasks before departure:
Run the dishwasher
Strip the beds and gather household linens in the showers
Remove food and drink leftovers and take out the rubbish

Respect for the environment and the villa
To preserve the beauty and cleanliness of the villa, please do not throw rubbish or cigarette butts on the property. Bins and ashtrays are provided. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit.
