Located on the ground floor, it comprises
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool (not heated), open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 September, secured by an access code.
- An enclosed, private garden of approximately 13 m² with a terrace (furniture available) to enjoy the fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).

- Agde railway station is around 9 km away
- Montpellier airport is approximately 72 km away
