Oversized dining table with 8 seats, underneath table is a leaf that will allow you to extend the size.

Large Mud Room/Laundry with full size sink and built in seating and shoe storage, full size Maytag washer and dryer, laundry soap is provided.

-We value our neighbors and neighborhood, to reduce impact to them we ask that no vehicles be parked on the street at any given time. There is plenty parking space on the driveway.

We take pride in our cleanliness and provide our guests with sanitized sheets, comforters, and towels. We wash and sanitize all bedding between guests.

Check-in information will be sent the night before check in. Check in time is 4pm.

Check out time is 10am. Please do not delay check out time, cleaning crew arrive at 10:15am. Any check out delays may result in a fee.

Do not place cookware, wood utensils, or knives in dishwasher.

Make up towels are provided. We use Luxury linens for all bedding. Makeup stains are permanent. Any stains from makeup and synthetic oils for hair will be deducted from deposit.
