- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (for one person) and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and TV
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180x200) and access to a small balcony
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony adjoining the living room with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather!

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The property is bordered by a green lane that leads to the town centre on one side and to the shopping area on the other. You can also walk along it to the Ille-et-Rance canal.

- The centre of Dinard is a 10-minute walk away
- The centre of Saint-Malo is 10 minutes away, thanks to a shuttle service from the port of Dinard to the inner city and the whole of the Emerald Coast.

- Tree climbing (10 minutes away by car)

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free in the area around the residence (public car park).

- Dinard-Pleurtuit airport is 7 minutes away by car
