The Space:

Make your escape to the Kool Breeze Escape! This spectacular 2nd row house has views of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the beach. Step outside and enjoy all the wooden deck furniture, including both two and four person gliders. What a place to enjoy time with family and friends!!



The living area has two sofas and extra seating for comfort. This house features four 4K televisions! There is a 70 inch in the living area; a 55 inch in the primary bedroom and flat screen televisions in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Feel free to enjoy the satellite package with premium and movie channels. The home also has high speed internet for your devices, and a washer/ dryer on the premises. You'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the modern kitchen. There is a kitchen table as well as bar seating that equals space for 9 people. You'll also find a separate cabinet with a beverage fridge, regular drip coffee maker, and extra storage galore.



With over 1700 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home easily sleeps 12. The primary suite has a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. and the third bedroom has 2 sets of built in bunks - queen-over-queen.



After a day at the beach, relax downstairs in the breeze, with a 14 foot picnic table, porch swings, tiki bar area, sand shower, charcoal barbecue pit and lock-up storage. The yard is fenced for your pet. The concrete parking on the Seaspray Lane side of the home is 80' in length, so there is plenty of parking. Don't miss out on this fabulous house for your vacation!

Cargo lift is available for additional fee. Your dog (small or large) welcome with a pet fee - they will love the "doggie door." All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

This home is great for families with children and pets. Completely fenced in area and gate at top of stairs. Inside the home the living and kitchen area is very spacious for everyone to be together with a comfy feel. Easy walking access to the beach, with great views of the beach on the deck. To drive to the beach itā€™s one block over. The only down to the home would be that they do not provide linens or towels, this is a upcharge. Also the mattresses are in need of upgrade. For those curious, this home is in between trash can 57 & 58

The house has unobstructed views of the Gulf & is a quick walk to the beach. The subdivision is quiet with minimal traffic. The pet door & fenced yard make it ideal for pets. The house was clean, with all the comforts of home - well equipped kitchen, tvā€™s, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer. The house is on a corner lot so there is plenty of parking on 2 sides. Swedeā€™s Real Estate makes renting super easy. The house is only a short drive to The Big Store & restaurants. The location, being pet friendly & having a lift puts Kool Breeze Escape at the top of our list for best Crystal Beach rental.

The property was lovely, but many builders were out for the weekend completing projects. All of the artwork was beautiful in the home. Here's the kicker of this house: the lift was locked. These people are so hard for money that they want you to pay an additional $125.00 to use the lift. Wow, they should have informed the vacationer before they booked their beach house. It was not stated anywhere. It stated, "to transport groceries, not humans." However, we enjoy ourselves without the costly lift.

We were close enough to have easy access and great view but far enough to miss out on all the noise. Very relaxing. The outside area was the best one we have ever had!! Plenty of room for anything we wanted to do. We had a Pickle Ball net set up with plenty of court space. We set up a small pool for the little ones on a rainy day. We had a grill with plenty of seating space for our cookout. The cabin was fully stocked and was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. Definitely recommend and definitely want to rent it again. We were a family of 9 for the stay in our cabin, but had two more houses for the rest of our party. We served all the family style meals at our cabin because there was plenty of room to serve all if us!! We were the middle point between A-Bear and The Good Stuff.

There was plenty of space for all six of us, including three teenagers and a toddler. The only negative thing I could say was that there were no bath towels on the property. I didn't see that anywhere in the description for the rental. I would've gladly brought our own, if I had known ahead of time. We had to use the beach towels and wash laundry every day. Which was no big deal, I just would've liked to know. We will definitely rent this cabin again!!
