Meridian HOA parking for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart ONLY at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is STRICTLY enforced by the HOA.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $50.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed and must be under 40 lbs. each. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
