Cocoonr offers this 40 m² flat in Porcheville to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 150 m². Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- An enclosed, private garden facing north-east, where you can make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Porcheville, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Sport: sports complex (football, boules, archery, multi-sports hall), community swimming pool 5 minutes' walk away and nearby golf course (Long Fairway Coaching, Golf de Guerville)
- Nature & leisure: walks and cycle rides along the banks of the Seine ("Bord de Seine" circuit), new landscaped urban park with play areas and fishing ponds less than 10 minutes away.
- Culture & leisure: Espace Culturel Boris Vian (media library, games library, workshops), close to Mantes-la-Jolie for the collegiate church, cinemas and shops.
