Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent this 96 m² house in Formiguères, which sleeps up to 6 people.

It comprises a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

On the ground floor you will find:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, a dining area, a relaxation area and a double sofa bed (140 x 190).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC

Upstairs you'll find :
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140 x 190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90 x 190) that can be joined to form a double bed

The house is ideally located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house (except in case of snow) or in the village.
The garage can accommodate a car if it is not blocked by snow.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- The nearest train station is Mont-Louis - La Cabanasse, about 15-20 minutes by shuttle or car from Formiguères.
- Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport (PGF) is the nearest airport, about 64 km away (about 1 hr 30 min drive).

The house is perfectly situated for winter sports:
- 5 minutes from the Formiguères ski resort
- 10 minutes from Les Angles
- Skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, walks in the snow... Everything is within easy reach.
- Free shuttle to the ski slopes

In summer, there's plenty to do in the great outdoors:
- Hiking, lakes, picnics in the mountains
- Forest walks, farmers' markets, village events
- Quiet family moments in an authentic, soothing setting

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
