THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE
SWELL is a modern apartment located in the Sunset residence in Biarritz. This famous building built at the end of the 60's, with its feet in the water, overlooks the mythical beach of "la CĂŽte des Basques", the cradle of surfing in Europe. The terrace offers a panoramic view that stretches from the Pyrenees mountain chain to the sumptuous Villa Belza and reserves you the most beautiful sunsets.
THE APARTMENT
As you enter this apartment, you will find directly on your right a nicely decorated living room next to a modern and fully equipped American kitchen. This space offers a view of the sea and the mountains and gives access to a first terrace from where you can watch the surfers, enjoy the sun or have an aperitif with friends.
THE ROOMS
SWELL has 2 double bedrooms and a cozy compartment with a bunk bed ideal for children. The first bedroom has several storage spaces, a television and a bathroom with WC; the modern and spacious shower opens onto the second terrace. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and a large dressing room with plenty of storage space for your belongings and surfboards.
PRACTICAL SIDE
You have a private parking space (1,80m height) a few blocks from the residence. So you don't have to worry about parking, winter or summer!

The sea view and the terrace of course! It's hard not to feel like you're on vacation in SWELL, the ocean is always there, no matter where you are!
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
SWELL is located in front of la CĂŽte des Basques, much to the delight of surfers! Go swimming or surfing at any time of the day on this mythical spot! This apartment for rent is also 5 minutes walk from one of the most commercial streets of Biarritz, the rue Gambetta. You will find many restaurants, wine bars and stores. Nearby you will reach "les Halles", district where you can do your shopping and enjoy the local atmosphere.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7 pm to 10 pm - âŹ50
From 10 pm to Midnight - âŹ80
From Midnight to 6 am - âŹ120
From 6am to 8am - 80âŹ
