With a surface area of 38 m², it is ideal for two people. It comprises a comfortable bedroom, a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, crockery, filter coffee machine, etc.), and a living room with television and internet connection. Bed linen and towels are included.

Its real asset is a large 66 m² terrace, sheltered from the wind thanks to its configuration. A true outdoor living space, it is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing and enjoying sunny days. A private gate from the terrace gives direct access to the beach.

As you leave the residence, you have immediate access to the cycle path. Arcachon town centre is about a 10-minute walk away. By bike, you can easily reach Le Moulleau, Pyla-sur-Mer or the Dune du Pilat.

From your address on Boulevard de l'Océan, you are a stone's throw from Pereire beach, making it very easy to enjoy the bay, sunbathing, swimming or simply long walks by the sea. The beach, which is larger and often quieter than the one in the town centre, also offers a superb view of the Cap Ferret peninsula.
