The open-concept layout features high-end finishes throughout, from the gourmet chef’s kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, to the elegant living spaces that seamlessly blend with the outdoor areas. Enjoy the ultimate waterfront experience with a private dock, heated pool, outdoor kitchen, and ample space for entertaining.
The home is designed with families in mind, offering four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite, and a kids-friendly atmosphere with books, toys, and beach gear. Automated blackout blinds in each bedroom ensure restful nights, and the club room with wet bar provides the perfect space to unwind. The media room is ideal for family movie nights, while indoor/outdoor speakers enhance the atmosphere throughout the property.
The home includes a Level 2 electric vehicle charging station in the garage and access to the dock for paddleboarding and kayaking (please note, there is no boat slip). - Parties or gatherings are not allowed, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
