The sunny living room is made for movie marathons, game night battles, or heated debates about where the best tacos on Atlantic Ave are hiding. Out back, your saltwater heated pool and hot tub await, allowing you to soak like royalty. Outdoor dining, BBQ grill and plenty of lounge chairs around the pool for you to relax and unwind in the Florida sunshine with friends and family!
Tucked just behind, is the Guest House, with 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and 1.5 bathrooms, and its own fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. It’s private, peaceful, and perfect for anyone who needs their own space.
Next door, House #2 sits on a corner lot with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths (each en suite) and a bright, open living/dining area. There’s also a screened-in porch in the front of the house for morning coffee or sunset wine, and a backyard for dining, bbq grill, 7-seat jacuzzi and even a pet- friendly turf yard for your pooch!
And forget beach day logistics—we’ve got you covered. Literally. With 8 cruiser bikes, 8 lounge chairs, 4 umbrellas and 2 small side tables set up daily by Oceanside Beach Service, with service available all the way from Deerfield Beach to Jupiter.

We live locally in Delray Beach and are available to assist you with anything you need during your stay.

It's the best location in Delray. That's it. Hands down. One block from the Beach. One block from Atlantic Avenue. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, boutiques. Hardly the need to drive, but if you do, we have the best parking in town. There is even a freebie shuttle that can pick you up at the house and bring you to downtown Delray and back home free of charge.

To us, this is the best location in Delray Beach. Not only are we one block to the beach and one block to vibrant Atlantic Avenue's cafes, bars, fine dining and boutiques -- but we have two homes right next to each other, plus a guest house. It's a rare find for large groups or multiple families! The heart of Delray is right within walking distance. Or, if you'd prefer, you can rent our golf cart (when available) for an extra $500 per week! If you do bring your cars, we have plenty of space. Between the two homes, we have room for up to six cars (including our one car garage). It's worth it for the beach parking alone! Your stay includes 4 complimentary Beach cards from Oceanside Beach Service where you’ll receive 8 lounge chairs, 4 umbrellas & two side tables set up for you every day of your stay! We also have 8 cruiser bikes available for complementary use during your stay! Should you need it, we offer a concierge service that can help you with making reservations, and recommendations for activities during your stay, stock your fridge, and even help you hire a private chef!
