All LUVA Vacation Rentals are professionally cleaned, with enhanced cleaning protocols in place to ensure our guests can relax and vacation with confidence.
Personal greeting and orientation of Hale Alii Honu Kai on arrival day.
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with LUVA Real Estate.
LUVA provides the basic household conveniences for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room.

To ensure a seamless holiday experience, we have the following booking requirements for Christmas and New Year's stays:

- If booking over both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26–29.
