E komo mai! Welcome to our light and bright beach house, located directly on the calm and lovely Keiki Pond at Kona Bay Estates. Enjoy ocean and beach views from every room. The primary bedroom features 180* view of the beautiful Kona coast. Kona Bay Estates is ideally located less than a mile from the shops and restaurants of Ali'i Drive, as well as the start/finish line of the Ironman competition.
*This is a hosted property: our manager lives over the garage, no shared spaces*

Absolutely Outstanding!!!! Beautiful home in every way!! We felt like family visiting!! Nothing but perfect!! The Keiki pond was so much fun. We walked to old town Kona several times for dinner or a snorkel spot. Every room has a breath taking view! Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen. This home is fantastic for families of all ages. The house was perfect for our family. It was big enough for us to spread out and still be together. With all of the windows and doors open, the ocean breeze kept the house cool. Amazing property for 3 separate families! We all had our own “wings” of the house with our own bathrooms. Location was amazing, walking distance downtown and to Kona brewing! Images of this home do not do it justice. From the moment you walk in, you will feel as free as you do outside - it is 3 bedrooms but the home has fantastic vaulted ceilings, space and light.The location is phenomenal and while the beach can get understandably busy with families, the queens bath in front will definitely beckon the adults at high tide. I like to freedive and it was a great location to go north or south up and down the coast. The easy walk to downtown made the ali’i traffic “not our issue.” If we needed to reach Heather she responded in minutes. It was truly sad to leave such a dream location - I miss hearing the ocean and can’t wait to go back.

Ideal location and home

We couldn’t have been happier during our 10 days in this home. Who needs to get in a car to find a beach or sunset when the best are in front of you! Great location. Walked or ran to Old Airport park. We walked into town twice for dinner but mostly enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen for all our meals. Heather was always prompt and available for communication. The best part of our week on the Big Island was this house!

9 days in paradise

Our family of 4, including two teenage boys, stayed with here in late March for a spring break trip. Heather was amazing to work with. The location was perfect, walking distance to waterfront shops and food, short distance to big box stores for groceries, and right on the beach. The house is huge and the pool inviting. We were aware there was no AC and in March this wasn't terrible, but it was warm and we used the full window shades to the south during the day, and fans within the home to circulate the breeze off the ocean. We're from Washington, so heat takes a bit for us to acclimate to, so this wasn't huge issue. The host was on top of all of our questions and even worked with us for a late check on our red eye flight out. Made for a great memorable stay. Mahalo Heather!!

Beach pond

The experience was great. We did arrive on a Sunday at 4 o’clock when there was lots of activity at the beach and lots of noise that gave us a little bit of a scare. But it turns out there was a big baptism in the ocean and lots of families enjoying your Sunday. The rest of the week was much quieter. I feel that this property would suit a family with young children. As the water is calm and shallow. No bbq Would come again!! Lovely spot and lots of Pickleball nearby
