Spacious Beach house 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, ceiling fans, air conditioning and televisions The extra large 800 sq feet Master and Jr Master King suites have surrounding spectacular views of the ocean. The master has a wonderful adjustable bed with massaging function. Falling asleep was never easier. The third suite is on the first level has XL twin beds. All linens and furnishings are 5 star quality with luxurious amenities

If you must work, there is a large office equipped with printer with soothing views out to the green interior courtyard. The cottage has 2 bedrooms(see aerial photo)a Large 600 sq ft Master upstairs and a queen downstairs each with their own bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and TV. The property is rented as one so there will never be anyone else on the property.

Kona Beach Estate is in a very protected cove with a reef right out in front including a white sandy beach for your enjoyment. Directly to the south is "turtle" beach, a sheltered area where you can explore the tide pools and observe the diverse sea life. Great for Keiki playing in the water and snorkeling. To the north you can see surfers on Ala Kawa- a great surf spot for the very experienced surfer as the rocks can be a challenge.

The oceanfront is an ever changing visual display - playful dolphins, enchanting whales, surfers, paddle boarders, snorkelers, fishing boats, Body Glove tour boats, para gliders and more coming and going through the day.
