This 2BR 2BA condo is finished with fine attention to detail, including beautiful, custom porcelain flooring, unique tile work in each bathroom and kitchen, plus other top-of-the-line fixtures throughout. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a breakfast bar highlight the open kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. Off the living area there is direct access to the veranda, where guests can relax while watching the sunsets by the community firepit or using one of the shared grills. In the master suite, guests can relax in the king sized bed. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and a twin rollout bed, if needed. Guests at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove also receive access to the exclusive outdoor pool and veranda. Guests also have access to the fitness center and indoor pool.

nice condo

The condo is in a nice location. We enjoyed staying there. The only downside was the beds. The bunk beds are suitable for kids, but were uncomfortable for adults, and the bed in the main room was considered too soft by the adults that used it. Otherwise, the furniture and accessories were fine.

Great Getaway!

We had a great stay in Dewey. I was our first time visiting and we will defiantly be back. Robin was great to work with! The condo was clean, comfortable and dog friendly. We stayed pre-season so we didn't get to experience the roof top pool so hopefully next time. The lighthouse restaurant is a must!

Everything we wanted in a place with teens!

Absolutely great weekend with 4 teens! The unit was spotless on check-in and provided everything we needed. The location is perfect with the beach across the street and the outdoor pool/terrace area steps from the unit. The kids got on a banana boat right next door and had a blast. Rehoboth is just about 10 minutes away for boardwalk fun. The place is so much brighter and nicer than the pictures convey. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was clean and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The building layout is a little tricky to discover which elevator goes to the condo. Don't forget the key because it is needed to move the elevator. The condo itself has everything you would need in it for your stay. Very nice place.

Just ok

First off I’ll start by saying this was the most expensive condo we’ve ever stayed in so we had high hopes. Our email with check-in instructions ended up being the wrong unit so we brought all our stuff up and started unpacking only to find that we had to move. The property manager helped move our things and was very helpful. The unit was a nice location
an easy walk to the beach and bay
live music both nights which was fun and it had a cute shared patio that made it seem even more spacious. We traveled with 5 teens so they slept in the second bedroom. It was terrible
skylights (with broken or no shade) that were incredibly bright so they woke at 6 each morning. The metal bunk beds were so noisy that my husband and I could hear them from our room. The mattresses were so thin and beds so noisy none of the kids slept. There was no use calling the owner because they obviously weren’t going to bring new bunk beds. In addition there was hair all over the master bathroom on the floor
so much so I got the vacuum out. I’m sure had I called the owner it would have been corrected quickly but it was gross and we wanted to use the bathroom so we cleaned out. There was hair on the towels in the hallway bathroom so we didn’t use them. Our email had check out at 11:00 but the instructions in the unit said 10:00. Between unpacking in the wrong unit and inconsistent check out instructions it didn’t seem totally organized. Overall good location but too expensive for what we got

PERFECT...worth every penny!

We are very happy with our stay!! The condo was exactly as described - clean, roomy, amenities, bay view, etc. The property owner was perfect and precise communicating with, down to every detail. The view from the condo is gorgeous overlooking the bay side with amazing sunsets. The veranda outside is relaxing for morning coffee and evening grilling w/cocktails. The outdoor pool has a strict policy for condo owners/users only and we really appreciated being able to use the pool without overcrowding. At times, it was only our family enjoying it. Beach is a short walk across the street which is equally clean. Definitely recommend!

Perfectly Spacious

Sadly our vacation coincided with a large storm causing us to be indoors for most of our stay. Which made us thankful to have such great accommodations. It was great to have a full kitchen, large floor plan, in a beautifully clean condo. Gave us the space we needed, while being stuck inside. Our dogs loved it too!
