Cocoonr offers this charming 120 m² flat in Paris to rent for up to 5 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 60 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 60 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with a single bed and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit the Eiffel Tower
- Stroll along the Champ-de-Mars
- Cross the Debilly footbridge
- Take a boat trip on the Seine
- Enjoy the many cafés, bakeries and restaurants in the area for a taste of French classics
- Pont Alexandre III: a beautifully decorated historic bridge, perfect for a stroll to the Champs-Élysées or Les Invalides
