Das „The Roof Top“-Studio bietet einen privaten Rückzugsort mit einem kleinen Pool auf der Dachterrasse, der ausschließlich den Gästen vorbehalten ist. Die Terrasse ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Holzkohlegrill, einem Spülbecken, einem Kühlschrank, einem Smart-TV und Highspeed-WLAN. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich atemberaubend – genießt den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang, während ihr am Pool entspannt oder eure Lieblingsgerichte grillt. Es ist ein einzigartiger Ort, und ich hoffe, ihr werdet ihn genauso lieben wie ich.

Lage



Casa Las Palmas liegt nur zwei Blocks vom Sam’s Club und einer Vielzahl von Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäften, Fitnessstudios und vielem mehr entfernt. Das Meer und der Fährterminal sind etwa 1 Meile entfernt – eine kurze 10-minütige Autofahrt – und der Flughafen ist nur 7 Minuten entfernt. Du kannst deinen Mietwagen vor dem Grundstück parken, aber wenn du Motorroller mietest, empfehle ich dir dringend, diese aus Sicherheitsgründen drinnen abzustellen. Wenn du meine Motorroller mietest, müssen sie auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.

100 percent would stay here again. I recommend a mirror in the kitchen. Just so when the bathroom is being occupied by your significant other you can get ready and not have to wait. Amazing food recommendations. Amazing location.

This place is beautiful. I definitely plan to stay again. The rooftop pool looked bigger than it is but it was still very nice! Bed was extremely comfortable,and house felt very secure. Host was extremely responsive to the few minor issues I had.

Jaime is super responsive to requests. The unit is clean and bright. It is in a residential area so a bit of a walk to get places but finding small cabs was easy if needed. The WiFi was a bit spotty which was tricky using Google Maps. Overall it was a very nice stay.

What a perfect place to stay. We were looking for something a bit away from the touristy center of town, and definitely away from the all inclusive resorts, we wanted the REAL Cozumel and we got it. The neighborhood is fine and the apartment was beyond our hopes. We cooked in the kitchen every morning, then ate breakfast on the roof, which is the real secret to this property. We figured we'd want to hang out in the pool at sunset each day and we did but we were surprised how MUCH time we spent up there, breakfast before we headed out for the day, definitely sunset, epic, but also at night we enjoyed hanging out up there star gazing, listening to the sounds of the neighborhood and really soaking up the vibe. There's a public park a block or two away and we enjoyed watching the kids play soccer and pickup basketball every night.

Exactly as described—and honestly even better in person. The private rooftop pool and patio quickly became our favorite place; we spent most of our time up there soaking in the quiet, the views, and just slowing down together. It was exactly the kind of peaceful reset we didn’t even realize how much we needed.From the very beginning, the host was kind and responsive, which made everything feel easy and welcoming before we even arrived. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.One of our favorite unexpected little moments—we got to “babysit” a nest of baby birds on the rooftop while their parents were apparently out for the evening It ended up being one of those small, simple things that made the stay even more memorable.We are so grateful for our time here. It gave us space to rest, reconnect, and just enjoy being together. We would absolutely stay again—thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us

What a great place to stay in Cozumel. The roof top condo was complete with a comfortable king size bed, stocked kitchen with everything you could need, including drinking water and some spices and oil, new frying pans and many appliances. Bathroom was nice, water was hot, nice closet for storage. Large TV and great Wifi. Condo was super clean upon arrival. Roof top area was great, pool was awesome and nice sunset views. Host was very responsive with any questions or issues.A few ways to improve this condo to be perfect:- More towels for a one week stay- A lounger on the roof top- Hooks or a coat hanger for hanging towels and clothes- More outdoor furniture in the common area

Charming home base for exploring Cozumel

We stayed four nights. Loved the safe quiet neighborhood, rooftop pool, lounges, sunset and sunrise views, the whimsical wall murals, having a kitchen and Netflix. Snorkeled, went birding with Elvis Jimenez, visited the world class museum on the waterfront, and discover 100 Experiences, a delightful culinary exploration of Mexico just next door. We stayed in this incredible studio apartment with private rooftop lounging area and pool. Every morning enjoying coffee relaxing on a very large lounge area equipped with comfortable lounge chairs. Many birds to watch and enjoy. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I would recommend renting scooters or a car to get around this beautiful area

Beautiful apartment in Cozumel

Beautiful little apartment in Cozumel. The rooftop pool area has a spectacular view of the skyline. It was special to be in town and meet the locals. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was easy. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Place to Stay!

This was our second stay at the property. We are already planning our next stay. The property is safe and secure. It's a quite neighborhood. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool or on the upper lanai. Jaime was a great host and had good communication. The unit was clean and comfortable. Thank you.
