Unsere Einheit Nr. 8220 ist ein privater, sicherer und bewachter, flacher Eigentumswohnungskomplex (vier Gebäude, drei Stockwerke mit jeweils ca. 80 Einheiten) und befindet sich im zweiten Stock in Gebäude 4. Das Residencias Reef Condo's bietet die beste Erreichbarkeit zum Tauchen mit unserem gemeinsamen Bootssteg, von dem alle Tauchveranstalter Sie abholen, und einem großen Spülkasten auf dem Grundstück. Schnorcheln ist auch gleich hier an unserem Sandstrand oder entspannen Sie einfach an einem der beiden beheizten Pools.

Das Gerät ist komplett ausgestattet, Baujahr 2007. Wir haben uns die Mühe gemacht, hochwertige Möbel und Annehmlichkeiten bereitzustellen, darunter: ein 50-Zoll-LED-Smart-TV (melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Nexlix-Konto an) mit Surround-Sound, DVD, Satellitenschüsselnetzwerk-TV, DVD-Videos, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten und Granit Zähler, Holzschränke, Dual Split AC, Deckenventilatoren, geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit neuen Kingsize-Bett und Schlafzimmer, Sony TV, ein Schlafsofa Doppelbett im Wohnzimmer, schöne Fliesen im gesamten, Vollbad mit Granit, Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit, kostenlose US-und Kanada Ferngespräche und kostenloses WI-FI (bringen Sie Ihren Laptop), einen privaten Safe für Ihre Sachen. Wir bieten Strandtücher, Papiertücher, 5 Gallonen Trinkwasser über einen Heiß- und Kaltwasserspender und jeden zweiten Tag einen Reinigungsservice (außer sonntags).

Wir schließen jetzt unseren harten Oberteil zwei Person Kajak etwas Ozeanspaß ein!

Für eine Mahlzeit ohne in die Stadt zu gehen, probieren Sie das Restaurant des Aura Hotels direkt nebenan oder Carlos N. Charlies oder Ocean am Strand, 50 Meter südlich. Hausgemachte Mahlzeiten sind in der Wohnung als zusätzliche Option erhältlich.

Peace & Quiet

Everything about the unit was outstanding. Having a full kitchen was nice for morning coffee and breakfast so we didn’t have to rush out for food and could ease our way into the day. Plenty of very good beach bar/restaurants nearby, no need to go into town if you don’t want to. Beautiful beach although rocky but nothing a pair of water shoes couldn’t handle, lots of beach chairs and shade as well. Both pools were terrific with shady areas. We went on a snorkeling excursion and were able to bepicked up on the dock next door which was very convenient. I highly recommend this vacation rental if you are looking for a beautifully decorated high end space.

Perfect week on the beach!

This property has everything you need for an amazing getaway. Full kitchen with modern appliances, cold AC in living and bedroom areas, washer/dryer, TV in both rooms, equipment for fun on the beach and ocean views.Maid service was a great touch.All towels, kitchenware, sheets, etc were in like new condition.Building is secured by a front gate with 24hr security and electronic lock on the entry door.Parking right out front was included at no charge.Owners and property manager readily available with any questions or concerns.Staff at the facility was super friendly and helpful.Local breakfast and lunch at Dona Cheley is delicious and only a 5 minute walk from your door.All common areas are super clean and maintained.Other residents/guests were friendly, definitely a laid back vibe and great for a family, not a party atmosphere which is exactly what we wanted.Located on one of the best beaches in Cozumel.Look no further, this is the one to book!!

Amazing stay for a couples getaway.

This condo is perfect for a couples get away. My wife and I enjoy cooking. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need In terms of pots and pans and utensils. Coffee maker worked perfectly. Plenty of water bottles on hand to refill the water dispenser. The bedroom has plenty of closet space for your hanging needs. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was the perfect temperature overnight. There is even a box fan which was a very welcome touch. The patio has a great view of the beach and pool. The pictures in the listing really don’t do it justice. The beach was nice. We walked to Carlos and Charlie‘s for lunch two of the days we were there. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Only thing I wish they would change is the 10am checkout time since most flights leave the island later in the day.

Beautiful property with very responsive owner and property manager.

The property is beautiful and is located on one of the nicest beaches in Cozumel. The condo has everything you would need for a perfect vacation. It is tastefully decorated with new appliances and a comfortable yet modern feel. We had the unfortunate luck to get hit by hurricane Beryl while we were there and the owner and property manager were very responsive and did everything they could to ensure our comfort and safety. In fact, I cannot think of a safer place on the island that I would rather stay. Needless to say the hurricane came and went and we still had a fantastic vacation. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who asked.

Perfecto!

We stayed on this property before, but this was our first time in this particular unit. It is an exceptional unit and has many of the things that we frequently purchase at the local Chedraui when we arrive which was much appreciated. Fulvio was extremely responsive to any concerns and a cleaning lady came to change sheets and tidy up the unit every other day! There was nothing better than being on the balcony in the hot tub as the evening thunderstorms rolled through! Would 100% want to stay at this property again!

Perfect Property and Location

The property description is very accurate and was everything we needed for our 12 day vacation. We rented a car and after about our second trip into town we became very comfortable with navigating around to find everything we needed, including Distilled Water from Dori Pharmacy. This condo has a great view with proper function AC and ventilation. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was in good working order. The condo development is very safe and patrolled regularly. The owners and the property management are very responsive and were able to answer all our questions.

Beautiful view with comforts of home

You could easily come to this property and not leave. It had everything you needed. The grounds are beautifully kept and clean. The condo was very clean. It had plenty of hot water and pressure for the shower. The kitchen had all items needed for cooking, and it was very convenient to have a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. We enjoyed the use of the kayak, as well as the beautiful sandy beach just a few steps away. Just keep in mind it is about a 15-20 minute trip to town, so if you're wanting dinner or the grocery store often it may not be the best location, but if you're only going to town minimally and you want peace & quiet, it's the perfect place!

Amazing property

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in 8220. It was better than expected. We have already looked at rebooking. Very spacious and so clean. This unit has everything. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony was our favorite spot to sit and look out at the beautiful view. We felt safe and we have already recommended it to several people. I lost my phone one day and security had it safe and sound. We love Cozumel and Residencias Reef is just perfect.

No need to look any further for a place to stay in Cozumel. We have stayed at several places on the island but we will try to stay here from now on. Beautiful slice of Paradise!

This stay was way too short! Our first time to Riviera Maya / Cancun / Cozumel has been kind of a sampler of different areas and types of accommodations; From an all inclusive in Xpu-Ha to an apartment 25’ from the sea in Tulum, then to here. This condo has been absolutely perfect! Completely as described and more. The unit is beautifully and meticulously decorated, furnished and equipped. The location of the complex is amazingly quiet and remote from the town, yet only a 10 minute drive to town. We’re here only a few days and did not cook in the beautiful kitchen. However, it is fully setup for gourmet cooking with all the cookware and spices you will need. Just bring butter and fresh garlic! Next time back, we will stay longer a cook a few meals in. Birders will enjoy the well maintained central green area / thicket area / mini jungle that is visited by numerous bird species that are readily viewed with your morning coffee, on the patio. The beach entrance is rocky, so water shoes advised. We snorkeled in front of the resort and enjoyed searching out several small clusters of rock where numerous colorful small fish could be seen in very shallow water. Most of the cordoned of area is not rocky, but grassy so you won’t see fish everywhere, but they can be found. The whole complex is meticulously manicured and fresh looking. Site maintenance crews are seen out every morning cleaning and preparing for guest activities. The beach area is very clean and inviting. Highly recommended to stay here. You will not want to leave!

Welcome to our Casa in Paradise! We (Michael & Julie) bought our condo when it was dirt and just a plan to be built back in 04-05 it was completed in 2007. We have in our opinion the nicest property on the entire island with sandy beach at our door and for miles to the South of us, we continue to go the extra mile to keep our place updated with new furniture, etc. to keep it fresh and new for ourselves and guests!

Unlike the property's in town and to the North, San Francisco beach is sand for miles, and we are literally a 5 minute boat ride to all the best dive sites to the South. The private, gated property at Residencias Reef is by far the nicest on the entire island and is up kept by a wonderful staff, we are confident you will agree.

We like spending as much time as possible in our place (we live in the mountains in the ski town of Mammoth Lakes, CA) and have decorated it for our guest to feel right at home. We hope to have you as a guest in our Casa and share the love for Cozumel!
