Beach Access: The home is conveniently located just a short 4-minute car ride or ten-minute bike ride to three of the island's best beaches: Driessen Beach, Burkes Beach, and Folly Field Beach.

Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.


Ground Level: The home features a single car garage with a TESLA Charger. There is a rec area with ping pong table, and bar with barstools. Just out the back garage door is a large paver patio and wood firepit with dining area and lounge seating. There is a propane grill for all of your entertaining needs. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!

First Floor: Features a very large gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances. Quartz countertops throughout and an oversized island. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need and a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets. The living and dining room are an open floor plan featuring a 75" flat screen tv over an electric fireplace with color changing flame. At the back of the living room is a 9 foot Shuffleboard table for your enjoyment.. The large sliding glass doors open up to the first floor deck where you will find a hanging swing bed and additional lounge seating. There is a 1/2 bathroom on this level for your convenience..

Second Floor: The owners suite features a luxurious king bed, large flat screen smart TV and a beautifully detailed trey ceiling. The master bath has double sinks vanity and a full tiled glass door shower. There is also a pack-n-play with a 3” inch mattress in this room. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king bed with a large flat screen smart TV. The other room has two full beds, a large flat screen smart TV.. These two bedrooms share a full size bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo. The laundry area is also on this level and has a full size washer/dryer.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

​​​​​​​Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 25 lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Masters week bliss

We had a great stay in HHI. This property was convenient to the golf courses and restaurants we wanted to eat at. Everything was as described. Televisions were great for watching the action at Augusta National. Would be a good house to rent for a foursome of golfers on a trip. Enjoyed it!

Close to Everything!

Loved how easy it was to navigate around town from our location! Loved the house itself, would have been good to have a heads up about the construction going on… woke us up a couple mornings and you can see into the showers from next door…. All in all, it was a beautiful house and offered all the comforts of home!! Thank you for sharing your house with us!!

We have a large family with a variation of ages and this property accommodated is very well. Everyone had their own space when needed. This house had a lot to keep everyone busy and was well supplied with essentials. We would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful new home with plenty of features

This newly built home provides a gorgeous stay for your vacation on HHI. The pictures speak for themselves: the home is spacious and beautiful and has lots of great features. Main floor - spacious kitchen (with everything you need), half bath, connected dining table and open living room with a large smart TV (we used Airplay to watch content). The screened porch with swing were nice off the living room. Upstairs - 3 bedrooms with large smart TVs in each. Two bathrooms, plenty of towels; floor fans. Basement - nice garage with ping pong, fridge and beach chairs/umbrellas (beach towels too) back porch shower. Location - this is off resort, on a main road Marshland. It provides quick access to get off property but not as scenic as a stay on a resort or access to resort amenities. Many of the adjacent homes were under construction so expect to see workers and trucks until 2023. As much as we liked the home, it seemed pricey for its location. Scheduling 6-12 mos in advance you may find something just as nice for $1K less (Apr 2022 pricing). Great - garage/ping pong, kitchen, features (TVs, beach stuff, etc) road access, beautiful and spacious. Not Great - neighborhood scene, value.

Jennifer retired from the TV News Business in 2011 to help her husband, Fabio Miotto, operate their rapidly growing Hardscapes, Screen Porch and eventually Pool business.

Jennifer is a fully licensed and bonded residential contractor and a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of South Carolina. Her knowledge and experience in both of these realms made the move to vacation property management a natural transition, as it combines two of the passions she is licensed and experienced in.
