The bright living room, which opens onto the kitchen, has two sofas, including a double sofa bed, an extra pouffe, a television and a Wi-Fi box.

The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with quality bedding, a small dressing room with storage space and a desk, ideal for business travellers or digital nomads.

Both the bedroom and living room open onto the terrace through large French windows, providing beautiful natural light.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Toulon city centre, a short walk from the Mistral bus stops (Foch/Liberté), the Q-Park Liberté car park and almost opposite the Palais de Justice.

You will also be close to the Jardin Alexandre Ier, about a 5-minute walk from Place de la Liberté, and a 10-minute walk from the railway station and the port.

The building is located on a lively avenue lined with shops.

Shops and cafés at the foot of the building, Alexandre Ier Park and Palais de Justice (courthouse) a 2-minute walk away. Place de la Liberté, art museum and cinema-theatre in the immediate vicinity.

SNCF railway station less than a 10-minute walk away.

Public transport via the Mistral network: ‘Foch’ and ‘Liberté’ stops 2 to 5 minutes' walk away. Lines serving the station, the port, the beaches and the Mayol stadium.

Located in an old mansion currently undergoing renovation, the flat is on the first floor and overlooks the boulevard.
The terrace is being refurbished and the façade is scheduled for renovation.
