Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you loved the views and the decks — they really are one of the highlights of the home. We do want to clarify a few of the items mentioned. During your stay, the WiFi outage was caused by strong winds in the area — in fact, we even lost a pizza box to the wind. It was a bit of a small miracle that we were able to restore the connection as quickly as we did, and thankfully the WiFi was back online about an hour after your arrival. Regarding the fire table, it was operational during your stay, though it does require manual lighting and it appears there may have been some confusion with that process. Our team member was happy to walk you through this. We also appreciate your patience while we worked to address the barbecue and hot tub concerns. As mentioned, our team has been in contact with you and we are continuing to work with you directly. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us.
