This home is a classic French indoor/outdoor house. As you enter, you'll walk through a breezeway to the center courtyard. Four of the seven bedrooms can be accessed directly from the courtyard. This includes one bedroom with king bed/full bath, one bedroom with twin beds/full bath, and two other bedrooms with queen bed & twin beds that share a shower bathroom. There is also another bedroom on the main floor that cannot be accessed from the courtyard. This bedroom has a queen bed/shower bathroom. Back to the courtyard - there is also an outdoor staircase that leads to a separate space that provides a quiet, private haven of its own. This space has a bedroom with a king bed/shower bathroom as well as a living room and kitchenette.

Moving into the main home, you are greeted with high-ceilings in a classic great room with ample seating, wood burning fireplace, side patio and panoramic ocean views. The open dining room has a large farmhouse table that seats 8-10 guests. There is a gourmet kitchen with a large center island and updated appliances, including double ovens, two full-sized refrigerators, and a small beverage refrigerator.

Moving downstairs from the great room is a game room with a pool table, flat screen tv, comfortable seating and a gas burning fireplace. There is also a king bedroom and shower bathroom off of the game room. Walk out the French doors to a glassed-in patio spanning the width of the house. The patio boasts a comfortable seating area under a protective gazebo and a large dining table for al fresco meals. There is a small beach area just steps outside the patio with loungers and umbrellas for soaking up the sun and ocean views.
