🏢 This nice apartment close to the main boulevards consists of :
- a living room with fully equipped kitchenette + office;
- a bathroom with shower and WC.

🛌 The flat has a sleeping space: a sofa bed in the living room.

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a TV, free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (fridge, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided), hob, table with 3 chairs), clothesline, fan, bed linen and towels for 2 people upon arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by all our platforms.

📍 Located just a stone's throw from the Caserne de Bonne in a quiet street, the Championnet district is warm and lively with its multiple eclectic shops: world restaurants, antique shops, bakeries and cheese shops, delicatessens, florists, art galleries and cinemas...
Close to the centre of Grenoble, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Place Victor Hugo. This area is full of small and large shops, small cafés and very good restaurants. The historical centre of the city is 8 minutes away on foot.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

For public transport:
Trams A & B stop Alsace-Lorraine at 6 min walk.
Trams C stop Gustave Rivet 2 min walk.

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks.

💁We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
