It consists of:
- a living room with a real bed in 140 cm (new bedding December 2022)
- a fully equipped kitchenette (kettle, coffee maker, microwave etc...)
- a TV and a Wifi connection
- a bathroom with shower and toilet

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the apartment, such as a flat screen TV, a free wifi connection, equipment for the kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hotplates, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc...), storage, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍 Located in Grenoble's Hyper Centre district, in a pedestrian street near the Halles Sainte Claire. This area is bustling with small shops, cafés and excellent restaurants, as well as a daily market, including on Sundays. The historic city centre is a 3-minute walk away. Everything is just a few minutes' walk away! You'll be right in the heart of Grenoble!

🚌 Getting around:
You have access to public transport: Trams B with the stop "Sainte Claire les Halles".

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding parking lots.

💁♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed and bathroom linens will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is a solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you bring your pet with you, we charge €12 incl. VAT/animal/day.
