Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² studio apartment with mezzanine, air-conditioning and swimming pool to rent in Le Luc. It sleeps up to 4 people.

Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely mezzanine for the sleeping area, a shower room and a south-facing 250 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) and bed linen are also included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 32 m² living room with TV, 1 double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

South-facing exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool open from 1 May to the end of September
- An enclosed terrace and garden, with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Le Luc, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Provencal market, village festivals
- Walks, hikes and mountain bike trails
- Visits to wineries and tastings of local produce.
- Parachute, escape game, car circuit...
- Visits to surrounding towns and villages: Lorgues, Encasteaux, Draguignan, Vidauban, Roquebrune-sur-Argens...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Le Luc- Le Cannet train station, 10 km away (15 min by car).
- Toulon airport 40 km away (50 min by car).

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of your reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
