On the main level, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright fully air-conditioned living room, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious terrace. The living areas are fluid and welcoming, designed to make the most of natural light and outdoor living.
On the garden level, a fully independent apartment completes the property. It features three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and an air-conditioned living room. This self-contained space allows family members or guests to enjoy their own privacy while remaining together under one roof.
Five of the six bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort even at the height of summer.
Outside, the areas have been thoughtfully designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. A large travertine terrace, a suspended wooden deck, and a free-form swimming pool with rounded steps measuring approximately 10 x 5 meters, with a depth reaching up to 2.30 meters, create an elegant and inviting setting.
