Ideally located on the 7th floor of a residence with elevator, it stands out for its brightness and functional furnishings, perfect for a stay with family or friends.

You will enjoy a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, as well as a sofa bed 160x200 in the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in a friendly and warm atmosphere.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, to ensure a simple and comfortable installation upon your arrival.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals like at home, with a Nespresso, an oven, a washing machine, a dryer, a hairdryer and an iron at your disposal.

The bathroom has a shower bath, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

## Emplacement
The 7th arrondissement, is located between the Rhone (west), Gambetta in the north, the 8th arrondissement in the east and the town of Saint-Fons in the south. It is the widest district of Lyon. It is located on a quite flat area. There is a part of the universities, the international “Cité Scolaire”, the Tony Garnier Hall where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day!
