Walk to Beach - 3BD Condo w/ NEW Bathrooms - Indoor & Outdoor Pools

Welcome to the “She-Shell Shack!” This condo was lovingly named for the countless memories our family has made over the last few years with our three girls in HHI. May our home be a comfort to you and yours while making memories here as well.

Hilton Head Resort is a true one-stop, never have to leave destination. Within the resort you will find multiple pools, a deli, direct boardwalk to the beach ( with seasonal shuttle service ), gym, indoor track, sauna, steam room, pickle ball and tennis courts.

If you find yourself on the island when the weather isn’t great, the indoor pool, track, and gym in building 3 offer a chance to still get the wiggles out while staying within the resort.

This unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with IN-ROOM LAUNDRY! You read that right…no lugging your laundry basket of undies down the hall and checking every 30 minutes to switch out loads, you can now spend more time at the beach enjoying the island life. Master bedroom has a queen bed with TV and window to let the sunshine in and also has an attached *NEW* bath featuring a shower/tub combo. Bedroom two (the kids favorite) features a full bed and twin over twin bunk with a tv and window to the inside hallway. The curtains in this room can be pulled over the blinds to help block out light for perfect sleeping conditions. You will also find kids books, perfect for bedtime stories, in the kids room closet along with a pack and play, high chair and strollers ( everything but the baby). The full bed also lifts up for storage and you will find everything needed to play tennis or pickleball… except talent and matching outfits, there just wasn’t enough room! Lastly, the third bedroom features a queen bed, TV, window for sunshine, and the bed has lift up storage full of beach/pool gear (puddle jumpers, sand toys, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella etc). This room is located next to the hall bathroom featuring a brand spanking new tiled walk in shower with frosted glass door.

The renovated kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials for adults and kids! The kitchen includes a range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig with latte maker, panini press, blender, 12 pot coffee maker, instapot, crockpot, and toaster (there may be more ?). As well as, plates, cups, bowls, spoons, pots, pans, serving utensils and silverware in every color of the rainbow ( for those kids who will only use pink spoons or blue forks we gotcha covered).

The eat in kitchen area features a round table with 6 chairs and there is additional seating for 3 at the bar in the kitchen.

The living room has two chairs, two sofas (one of which can pull out to a sofa bed), coffee table, TV and door to the patio. The patio has views of the outdoor pool as well as a nice parking lot view so you can make sure you’ve locked your car doors without having to go downstairs.

Under the Keurig coffee station you will find board games, card games and coloring books to occupy the time spent indoors with family and friends or just to allow you to shower uninterrupted for 5 minutes.

Last but not least, at the end of the beautiful, new boardwalk to the beach you will find Coco’s, one of our favorite beachside bars and eateries. They not only have some of the best beach food and drinks on the island but they also have a sand volleyball court, bathrooms and keep a freshly stocked igloo cooler of water. My recommendation is the Coco Upside down drink (21+) paired with the Cocoville chicken sandwich and the kids love the Pina colada smoothies, giant pretzels and mini corn dogs.
