Cocoonr agency offers this charming 40 mÂČ air-conditioned cottage with shared swimming pool in SolliĂšs-Toucas to rent for up to 6 people.
The accommodation comprises
- A 15 mÂČ living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 10 mÂČ terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- An unenclosed private outdoor space of around 50 mÂČ with no facing neighbours
- Shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, weather permitting)
- 250 mÂČ wellness area (fee payable) (sauna, steam room) open from June to September
The house is ideally located in SolliĂšs-Toucas, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage's private car park (1 car). Free parking is available on the estate.

- Nearest train station: SolliĂšs-Pont, about 5 minutes' drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-HyĂšres, about 25 minutes away by car
