Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it consists of a pretty living room with fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room with shower. The property has wifi (fibre optic), so we're just waiting for you!

- A living room with TV, a double sofa bed (140x190) and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV
- A bunk bed (2 single beds (90x200) - ideal for children), located in the entrance hall
- A shower room with shower and WC
Outside :
- A 13 m² balcony to enjoy the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 space) and in a private parking space (1 space).

- Nearest train station: Font-Romeu-Odeillo, approximately 14 miles away.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse, approximately 118 miles away.
