We had a wonderful stay at the house. The owner took care of a couple of things that needed to be fixed as soon as I notified her. We spent almost all of our time in the backyard. It felt like a tropical paradise. My grandkids spent every minute they could in the pool and we cooked and ate most of our meals out there.

Miami getaway

Our family had a great stay here! The pool and outdoor seating was used daily. Indoor space was good for large dinners and game nights. Clean bedding, towels and space. Neighborhood was nice- close by lots of things for shopping and the Zoo was basically next door! Would stay again!

The property was lovely! Relaxing, quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of the city, but close enough to get to everything. The property manager was very responsive during the whole stay. Amenities were wonderful, bbq by the pool, games, comfortable beds. Lovely retreat! Will definitely be back!

We LOVE this home! We stayed a total of three weeks; a first block of two weeks then an additional week following our two weeks on Tavernier Key.It was all wonderful, particularly the large, covered patio and the heated pool. We did encounter a few chillier than normal days in mid-January, but except for the really windy days that lowered the air temperature a few more degrees, we could still enjoy the pool itself.Though there was just two of us, the home has four bedrooms total including the converted garage space that is a closed-off bedroom and a family/tv viewing room. The home can easily accommodate a reasonable sized group of friends or family.Learning to operate the stovetop was an initial challenge but was solved thanks to the Internet and Youtube. Perhaps a simple cheat-sheet or mini-manual can be placed in the home to help future renters.The neighborhood was good. You’re in an urban area so you will hear traffic and sirens; the weekends were a bit noisier, but it didn’t distract from our enjoying the backyard. The location was really close to a lot of places. Publix grocery is nearby, along with other shopping options. We easily drove to area restaurants and regional amenities like Zoo Miami, the tropical gardens, south Miami for dining, Key Biscayne National Park, the ocean, etc.The host was readily accessible and responsive when needed.This home is definitely on our list to stay at again when we find ourselves wanting to escape our Tennessee winter.

The house was well located between Miami, the Homestead racetrack and the airport. The house was clean with plenty of bedrooms. The pool was nice and clean and we used regularly throughout our stay.

Wonderful experience

Thank you for providing our family with a spacious home that allowed us to gather and remember the passing of a loved one. We enjoyed the pool especially and our host was great at getting back to us with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Great Experience

Great experience. First time using Vrbo and Liliu was very responsive and made this experience great. Centrally located to great restaurants, shops and beaches. Would definitely recommend staying here. Home is very spacious

Me and my cousins rented this property for a week, what a great experience, everything was really clean, communication was great, beds are really comfortable and the house has everything you need. She also got me and my cousins a domino table so we could enjoy during our stay which we really appreciate!!! 10/10.

This home was perfect for my family. There were a total of 7 persons that stayed in this home. Everyone was accommodated with their beds. The house was spacious, and the pool was something everyone enjoyed. The check-in process was smooth, and the house was great. I had no problems, and the house was well-maintained and stocked. The only time I communicated with the host was during checkout. This is a great place to stay, and if we ever revisit Miami, I will look into this house as an option for my family.

Well appointed property in convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this house and Liliu was responsive and attentive to our questions. The location was convenient to the various points of interest. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices. The 4 bedrooms were good sizes and the primary was very spacious. We had issues with the pool heater and the host was very helpful in trying to resolve it, but unfortunately the temperature would not go above 76 degrees so we didn't get to use it as much as we had hoped. There were also some missing things such as dish soap, a sponge, and spare cleaning supplies that would have been helpful during our stay.

My new home away from home !!

I had my daughter her husband and my 2 grandchildren. My grandson is 4 ( we celebrated his birthday the last day of our vacation ) my granddaughter is 7. They both loced the room with the 2 beds. They had separate beds but could hang out together watching TV. My daughter and her husband chose the room on the separate side of tge house, which is attached to the den with a TV in the den and that bedroom aswell. The kitchen is amazing with updated appliances. The host has it properly stocked. Way more stocked than I have seen other homes I've rented in the past. Looking iut the huge kitchen window is this beautiful view of an amazing host's dream pool!! Yard full of sitting areas for what ever mood your in. A fire pit sitting area little swing chair sofas lounge chairs umbrella etc.. OH MY G! The outdoor kitchen!!! The outdoor kitchen was our favorite spot ! We grilled so much. The outdoor kitchen has it all ! Sink 2 eye gas range a double door refrigerator freezer and a bar.. oh i gorgot the wine cooler in the outdoor kitchen.. Guys when I say this house has it all it does. Im from miami and this house was in the center of all i needed! I will definitely be renting from this amazing host. Who responded quickly to all my questions. Thank you so much.

All inclusive relaxation

Myself, my husband, Sister and brother in law spend a week in February to "get away from it all". The location provided us easy access to Miami, south beach and the keys. Upon arriving we had a little difficulty finding the place as the address is terrace...the same address a block away is street and a few blocks away is circle. Once we accidentally figured it out....we were fine. The home is an older, well kept neighborhood. The home itself was spacious and comfortable. Is it perfect, no. No home is that has people in it. However, the owners have went over and beyond trying to anticipate everyone's needs. They succeeded. There were beach towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels and washcloths. Toilet paper, paper towels, roasting pans and so much more. (if you rent vacation homes, this is huge) A full size fridge inside and poolside. A wine cooler. There was a lovely handwritten note for us along with some fresh fruit and other items to get us started. I reached out to the owner a couple of times and response was immediate. She was so friendly, kind and helpful. There are 5 beds (we only used 2) and more room on the 2 sectional couches if needed. We spent 90% of our time on the back patio and in the pool. The property is fenced in with a gate in front. Completely safe and secure. Local food/gas/etc. is within blocks. We all collectively said we would stay again and highly recommend.
