This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. The smell of tobacco is considered a nuisance and will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings of more than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
