Amazing lake front property

This unique beautiful lake house is the one! It’s has 6 bedrooms, 4 baths with a large living room, large kitchen and dining room. Has an amazing view of the water and sunsets. Has a personal boat dock, walking distance to boat ramp. Large driveway with plenty of parking and space to turn trailers around. 15 minutes from ATV riding and 30 minutes from the town of Eufaula, shopping and restaurants. Directly across the water from 2 popular beaches and a 15 minute boat ride to the popular Evergreen Marina.

If you enjoy ATVing and want to check out some trails Oklahoma has many to offer. The closest is located at the Eufaula Dam you can access them through Whitefield approximately 20 minutes away. Going on the back roads you can drive your buggy to the Dam or if you want to go a little further for a little more challenging trails then head onto Quinton or Kinta they have many levels from beginners to more experienced riders. In the photos I have attached a map of the ATV opportunities throughout Oklahoma.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was perfect for our multi generational family weekend. Plenty of space to spread out and lots of indoor activities when it got rainy or too hot. Clean, well maintained and when we encountered an issue, the host contacted me within 5 minutes. We would stay again!

Great Communication

This was a great place to stay at. Very close to Lake and very cute and well put together Home. The communication was great whenever we had any questions. Will definitely be renting from them again.

Family getaway

Best stocked kitchen every utensil and pan you could’ve needed. House was clean and lots of space we loved having the inside garage to hang out in. Very easy to get a hold of your host, which is important to me.

Family thanksgiving

Was very nice worked out,we had a good time. The kitchen wes very nice and well equipped for large groups The bedroom with the twin was a little surprising was not for a adult has we planned on using.

Nice property. Needs shades for living room windows. Gets hot in the evening. Host extremely friendly and mailed us back our apple watch we couldn't find that was lost in a bed turns out. Highly recommend the property

the house was very big and spacious. Everyone was very comfortable. Our only complaint is the dumpster on site was full and there wasnt enough space for our trach.

I’m so happy you enjoyed your stay- Our trash is picked up on Mondays which was Memorial Day and there was no trash pick up because of the holiday-so it was delayed until later this week . Sorry for any inconvenience.

Sweet

The house was awesome, nice and clean. Plenty of room for our twelve people. The lake was great! We rented a pontoon boat and had a great time. I did get a little upset when the property manager sent me a Venmo request for $25 because a cheap flimsy chair they had by the fire pit broke. We had already paid thousands of dollars for our stay.

Great Fall Family Getaway

We loved our stay here. It was great for a big family with lots of littles and provided flexibility for a big group get together. We loved the views of the sun setting over the water in the evening. The lake was far enough away from the house where you could enjoy the views but not worry about the little ones. The fire pit was perfect for evening s’mores. The kitchen is one of the best we’ve seen for a rental in regard to all of the utensils, appliances and cookware. Sherrie is a fantastic property manager and so quick to respond to any question we had - she even came by to help with the TV. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Awesome place right on the lake!

We loved this place! Super convenient to have our boat docked here and not have to load and unload every day. We took our kids and their spouses and the littles and had a great time. Cooked every day, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. They do have an aerobic system in the back yard so do watch for that, everyone was out back playing a game when it went off and they all went running so they didn’t get sprayed. We made some awesome memories here! The house manager Sherrie is amazing and super easy to reach if need be! Games for everyone to play. There’s not anything that wasn’t thought of here! Thanks for letting us stay!

Annual Family Lake Trip

Beautiful, open floor plan was great for our large family with small kids and toddlers! Only issue is the desperately need shades on west windows. Granted it was 95 degrees but it's FULL sun from afternoon on in the main family room and almost unbearable. Any other time of year would be fine Stocked with all the necessities. Beautiful view and deck, also needs some outdoor lighting on deck for night time, hard navigating with small kids Overall, loved it, just a few minor things we wish were added.
