Tucked along Lower Greenway in one of Carlton Landing’s most convenient locations, this spacious home puts you steps from the Tower Court pool and within easy reach of everything that makes this community so special. With room for up to 12 guests across four sleeping areas, it’s the perfect base for a family reunion, a friend group getaway, or a multi-generational retreat.

The Layout
On the main floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom, a large open kitchen built for gathering, and a generous dining area made for long meals and good conversation. A powder bath plus laundry room. Step outside and the backyard delivers: artificial turf, a large outdoor dining table, a gas grill, an outdoor TV, and a fire pit- everything you need to make the evenings last.

Upstairs, the primary suite sits to the right of the staircase with an en suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Down the hall, a second bedroom offers a queen bed, while a cozy kids’ lounge with a couch and TV connects directly to the bunk room -a favorite for younger guests -which sleeps six across three sets of built-in bunk beds. These two rooms share a full bathroom. Please note the home does not have a bathtub.

Parking
Guests have access to two dedicated parking spots under the covered parking area conveniently located behind the home. If your group is arriving with additional vehicles, extra parking is available in the public lot on the Boulevard behind the Meeting House.
