Hot tub amenity DIDN’T EXIST due to misrepresentation on the VRBO website, pictures appear to be of a beachfront cottage when in fact it is a condo across the street from a beach that has a completely obstructed view. Host lacks in responding to questions while at property especially when asked where the hot tub was. Management office at resort doesn’t even service the building so if you need housekeeping good luck!

DIRTY broken pullout beds. 1 bed had dirt, sand, EYELASHES, and hair stuck all over it. 1 roll of tp, paper towels and 1 trash bag was provided, when we asked if there were more -Denise told us to buy our own. Both pullouts were broken so we had 1 fully functional bed. Remotes dont work, no batteries for them so good luck watching tv. Horrible experience, Denise was unwilling to work with us snd just wanted to argue. We recvd no discount for broken dirty beds she actually asked us to LEAVE INSTEAD FOR ANY REFUND.

Indian shores rental

Disappointed in the whole stay to say the least. The property served the purpose. It is walkable to the beach across the street and restaurant close by. It is second floor without elevator. The bottom units were damaged during the storms so I’m not sure if the smell of the unit was from that but it was musty smelling. The shower has two heads-one front and the other behind you and both turn on simultaneously. There is no covered or screened in porch to watch the sunset as I had asked the owner and he said there was. It is essentially an extension of the indoor living quarters. Asked the owner about staying an extra few hours for late checkout or be willing to pay for an extra day and he did not make exceptions and I was told to contact vrbo. And there is no hot tub as advertised.

To be across the road from the beach this was great access and the condo we were in had a great view of the water. The only thing I didn’t like was the washer and dryer not in the condo it was on the same floor to share. But other than that it was great. Thank you for having a great place to stay.

Great property, easy 1 minute walk to the beach. Condo is beautiful and clean and has a great layout and design. I misunderstood that you had no patio or outdoor space to sit at the condo. A very small window view of the ocean from the one room. Pool was not very close but the parking was great. We enjoyed our stay and everything we needed was provided. I would not stay here again just because of no balcony or sitting area outside to enjoy in the evenings, but would recommend for others who didn’t mind that part. Host was great and everything went well with check in. Didn’t care for the lockbox, having to use every time you leave the condo you have to use the key to lock the door.

Loved the location of the property and the pool included! I would say the only downfall is the pull out bed was not very comfortable and very springy. Luckily the little one slept on it most of the time so no complaints from him.

Beautiful condo excellent location

Beautiful condo, absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Excellent location right across the street from public beach access. The Salt Rock Grill was within walking distance and was the absolute best seafood dinner we had. Highly recommend!

Great trip to Tampa for family.

We had a great stay at this resort. Kind of cental located in the middle of everything. We did have difficulty finding the building and condo. But it was dark and 1230 In the night. Once there we had no issues.

Wonderful location!!

This is truly an amazing location. You are steps (3 minutes walking) from both the ocean and the channel, and my husband enjoyed fishing in both. There is a fishing pier on the channel and a nice heated pool. There is a wonderful restaurant with a nice outside deck and a large interior right next door, and a French pastry shop 5 minutes walk away for lunch, breakfast and coffee. We rented bikes for our full stay and did a 30 minute ride to a local park on the mainland with the Heritage Village (small historical buildings from the area) and some beautiful trails. It is about 10 minutes to the grocery store by bike with other nice dinner options 10 minutes in each direction by bike even now, with many places closed due to hurricane recovery. The beach was beautiful and not busy as it was not yet full spring break season. I enjoyed the Bird Sanctuary as a nice surprise when I was walking down the beach. 30 minutes drive by Uber we found the Clearwater Yacht Club where we were able to rent a Hobie one day when the wind was nice for a very reasonable price. There is a nice ocean view and the place is clean and comfy for 2-3 people. The single bathroom might be challenging with more people, but my adult daughter slept in the Florida room and it worked well for the three of us. Appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs and even fishing rods (a bit old but they worked!). We loved our stay and would definitely go back. Great communication as well!

Check in was easy. On initial appearance, place was nice. It’s on second floor with a decent view. Close to trolley stops and beach. We pulled out both hide-a-beds and there was trash under them. Looked like the floors hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. Paper wares weren’t sufficient for a family of 6 for a week. We had only 2 rolls of toilet paper and a small roll of paper towels. There were only 5 beach towel, 6 bath towels and one hand towel. There is laundry on site (have to pay), but just a couple extra towels would be nice. Pool area was nice.

Awesome Stay!

This property was awesome. Upon arrival, everything was just as Denise said it would be. It was a very clean and tidy property. The walk to the beach was hassel free 
 the pool nice and inviting. The fishing dock was well designed, having benches and a water/cleaning station on hand. Denise responded to my MANY emails very promptly and was always happy to answer any questions I had. My family and I enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be booking again. Absolutely a 10/10! Great location

First off, this is in a great location for access to the beach, literally right across the street. We had 5 of us in here, myself, wife, and 3 boys 16-10. While it will sleep six, that seems like just too many people for this place. I would stick to under 5. The master bed is comfortable but squeaks pretty bad. There were plenty of utensils to make just about whatever meals you would like. The only thing in the kitchen i would want would be more plates (maybe just some cheap plastic ones), since there will most likely be children in here at some point. With all that, this is a great place for the price, And would stay here again if its just the wife and myself.

My husband and I have been married for 43 years. He is from Cochranton Pa. and I am from Locust Valley New York. For my first 2 years of college I went to St Leo University and came to Clearwater Beach many times with friends. In 1972 I said..'someday I want a place down here!! ' Someday happened in 2009..
We have 3 adult married children and 6 perfect grandchildren!
Enjoy.... Heaven has to have a lot of beaches like Indian Rocks and Clearwater beaches!!!

We have put a new cleaning process in place since Covid19.
1. Sanitize ( disinfection spray or 75 % alcohol )
- all door handles, furniture knobs, counter tops, toilet seats, refrigerator handle, stove handle, dishwasher handle, microwave stove handle, wood parts of chairs and armchairs, glass tables, side nightstand, balcony furniture.
2. Spray ( 75% alcohol) all fabric and vinyl furniture (sofas, chairs, armchairs)
3. Remove all silverware (forks, spoons, knives) and all glasses and cups from kitchen cabinets and place them in dishwasher to re-wash. Set the dishwasher .
We pay your attention: we Do Not forget to unload dishwasher - we deliberately leave silverware and glassware in the dishwasher so that the guest is sure that the dishes have been washed and dried properly and it is safe.
4. Laundry department has follow notes:
- use the additional cycle for sheets and pillowcases.
- use extra bleach program for white towels.
- use dry with steam cycle to dry of colored pool/beach towels.
