Cocoonr offers this charming 400 m² château in Saint-Antoine-du-Queyret to rent for up to 12 people. The château is called Tour Chapoux and was built in 1792. It is entirely on one level.

It comprises three living rooms (with fireplaces), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a large bathroom (with bath), two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 30,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The château is composed as follows:
- Two 28 m² living rooms with fireplaces (first flambée offered), sofas and dining area.
- A 45 m² dining area with a fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200) with fireplace and large bathroom (with bath)
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: two double beds (140x190)
- Bedroom 5: king-size bed (180x200)
- 4 separate WCs
- 50 m² yoga room

Outside :
- 160 m² of garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A beautiful 2-hectare garden, not enclosed but surrounded by hedges, with furniture to enjoy on sunny days
- A 4.5 x 10 m heated swimming pool (currently under construction), available from 1 May 2026.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Antoine-du-Queyret, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Hiking in the Double forest: several hiking trails to discover the local flora and fauna.
- Cycling: The area around Saint-Antoine-du-Queyret is ideal for cycling, whether on quiet roads or more adventurous paths.
- Visit the region's vineyards: The region is renowned for its wines. There are several wineries nearby, including Bordeaux and its appellations (such as Saint-Emilion).

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the château's garage and private car park.

- Nearest train station: Castillon, 15 km away, Bordeaux-Saint Jean, 55 km away
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux, 75 km away

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- There is a camera at the entrance to the property, but the system is not operational.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
