Hello, I am a Louisville KY native working full time that recently purchased The Pegasus to renovate and host guests such as yourself. It has been a labor of love getting it ready and I am so excited to share it with you. My first love is running, so having Cherokee park just 2 blocks away is the perfect place for me. I also compete in body building competitions and love to do country western, swing and line dancing. I love to eat, and the Triple Crown is walking distance to some of the best food around with lots of options and prices to choose. I have a small boat that is the best money I have ever spent, and a beagle that is my baby, so bring your running shoes, appetite, boots and pups when you come to visit :)

The space
**NO LOCALS & NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS**
At The Pegasus, you will have the entire top floor of a multi-family home (The Triple Crown), that has been completely renovated and professionally decorated.
(You will not be renting the Entire house, this is the Top floor of a Triplex and you will have the entire top floor to yourself).
This 100 year old Craftsman style home has the hallmark features of the past such as built-in cabinets, and original hardwood floors, mixed with the style, comforts and amenities of today.
It has its own private entrance with keyless entry and no shared living spaces.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, glasses, silverware and bakeware. A stackable washer/dryer is also located on the Sunporch.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, chest of drawers, Smart Firestick TV, and closet.
The bathroom has a corner shower, including rain shower, steam shower, blue light therapy, music and a foot massage for a relaxing spa experience. There is a brand new vanity/sink and tall/oblong toilet. It is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer.
The living room has a beautiful brand new sofa, accent chair, coffee table and a 49" Smart Roku TV and local TV stations.
The dining area is a unique half circle granite table that adjoins with the large kitchen island and surrounded with 4 chairs.
The sunporch is surrounded by windows for a relaxing morning drinking coffee while watching the squirrels and birds. It also contains a full size stackable washer and dryer at no extra charge and includes detergent/fabric softener.
The balcony has outdoor furniture and there is a table/chairs in the backyard weather permitting.
Free WIFI and two smart TV's, one in the bedroom and another in the family room so you have access to Netflix, Hulu, local stations, etc.
Parking: there is free first come, first serve parking on the street in front of the house.
