A large 90 m² family cottage, ideal for group or family stays, combining comfort, space, and practicality.

The Châteaubriant Cottage features two bedrooms, including one with a double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom, and a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190). A second independent bathroom (shower 90x100, sink, WC) adds extra comfort for larger groups.

The bright living area includes a dining space, a lounge with sofa bed and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine), perfect for an independent stay.

Outside, you can enjoy a private outdoor area with terrace, dining table, and barbecue, ideal for relaxing meals in complete privacy.
