✶ Cozy Mountain Hideaway is nestled in Eagle Springs Resort located just minutes away from Soaky Mountain Waterpark.
✶ The booking guest must meet the minimum age requirement.
✶ The cabin provides a no step entry with a ramp to enter the deck. The main level provides a king bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a grab bar for the shower with a tall toilet.
✶ 50 Amp plug for EV Charger
✶ Gas fireplace (seasonal use October 1-April1)
✶ Decks on each level with patio furniture and a 5 person hot tub on the bottom level
✶ 2 bedrooms with loft/game room which is listed as living room 2 (1 King/1 King), 2 queen sleeper sofas (1 in the living room/1 in the loft/game room listed as living room 2), 2 full baths
✶ Access to shared pool/pavilion (Managed by a third party so we have no control of the maintenance days, or closing and opening. Available for use at no additional charge if open. We also do not give refunds if this amenity is closed due to the fact it's out of our control.)

✶ Maximum of 8 guests allowed during the daytime and for overnight stays.
✶ We are unable to provide refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/road conditions/covid/illnesses/other things that are beyond our control.
✶ If you bring more than 8 people without host approval you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
✶ If you bring a pet, you will be charged an extra fee of 500.00 and will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
✶ Late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $150 USD.
If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
✶ Be aware of bears! Do not leave trash out or feed them! Keep in mind black bears can open car doors so please do not leave open food/drinks as it attracts them.
