This air-conditioned accommodation offers a comfortable and well-appointed setting, ideal for a stay for two, with family or friends. It consists of two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190). A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The accommodation has two shower rooms, offering real comfort for everyday use.

The living room is bright and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery, including wine glasses. You also have a TV, radiators, storage space with hangers, hot water, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. Bed linen and towels are provided for a hassle-free stay.

Outside, a private patio allows you to make the most of sunny days. A barbecue is available for sharing convivial meals outdoors. The entrance is well lit, a laundrette is available on site, and cleaning must be done before departure.
