Nestled in a meadow, this charming eco-friendly single storey house welcomes you for a rejunenating holiday in the heart of the périgord noir.
Ideally located in a quiet area yet close to Le buisson-deCadouin and the wonders of the Dordogne, it offers the perfect balance between serenity and discovery.

A unique place steeped in history: The property is home to an authentic listed dolmen, a facsinating testament to the region's prehistoric heritage, which you can admire freely in the garden.

Living spaces designed for your comfort: As soon as you enter, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven refigerator) with an adjoining pantry. This bright area opens to a cosy lounge and a spacious dining room, perfect for entertaining.

At night, three double bedrooms await you (one is available as an option). You will also find a modern bathroom with a bathtub and walk in shower.
A third double bedroom is available as an option to accomodate up to 6 people.

Your outdoor oasis: Large bay windows open onto a vast covered terrace, a real extra living room where you can enjoy your meals overlooking the garden. The private swimming pool (7x4m, secured by an alarm) enjoys excellent sunshine for your summer swims. Deckchairs, garden furniture and a plancha complete the equipment for making the most of sunny days.

An eco-friendly house: Eco-construction with high performance insulation, natural materials and a Canadian well for optimal comfort in all seasons, while respecting the enrironment.

Everything is provided for your arrival: Linen supplied (sheets, towels and pool towels), Wifi, TV, washing machine. Private carpark in front of the house.
Baby pack available as an option (travel cot bedding and high chair).
