The covered patio has cushioned lounge seating, woven hanging chairs and a hanging bench. Settle in with a book, chat while someone prepares a barbecue or end the day with a soak in the hot tub. Plants surround the patio and small garden paths connect its seating areas. The hot tub is private to the house; access to the community swimming pool is shared with other guests or residents.

COOK AND GATHER
The kitchen looks out toward the garden through wide windows and a serving counter connects it with the outdoor stools. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, portable cooktop and countertop appliances make simple meals easy. Inside, the wooden dining table gives you a place to share breakfast or dinner before heading back out to the terrace.

TWO BEDROOMS AND ONE BATHROOM
• The main bedroom has one king bed, a television, air conditioning and sliding doors opening toward the hot tub terrace.
• The second bedroom has one bed, a television, air conditioning and a wooden desk.
The house has one full bathroom with a shower, vessel sink and wooden vanity. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. The two-bedroom arrangement gives couples or friends their own sleeping spaces while sharing the kitchen, dining area and outdoor lounge.
