Koa 4C is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps up to 4 guests. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to have a meal in, and if you don't want to enjoy your meal on your private lanai, you can sit indoors at the table for 4 (counter seating also available). The living area offers open concept living, nice lighting, a Queen size sleeper sofa, and a large flat screen TV equipped with cable. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout.

The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed where you are sure to sleep and dream well. You'll like the bathroom with its tile and glass surrounded walk-in shower and luxurious waterfall style shower head. This property also has laundry machines for guest use.

Koa Resort is located in North Kihei. It is within walking distance to many nearby shops and restaurants. The beautifully landscaped grounds will be sure to delight with a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and BBQ areas all available for guest use. There are no parking or resort fees.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to our guests.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
