As owners who manage our own property, our commitment, to our guests, is to have a clean and comfortable experience.

Our Ground floor unit is easy to access from the parking lot and all the amenities at Koa Resort. This One Bedroom/One Bath spacious condo is in a perfect location with no stairs.
Enjoy 760 square feet of open floor plan
Complex is across the street from the beach. Unit is fully loaded for that "home away from home" feeling--Just bring your suitcase.
KING size bed and much appreciated AC in the entire condo.
Granite kitchen, complete with island, for casual dining. Stainless Steel appliances, including full size dishwasher & side by side refrigerator/freezer with water & ice dispenser.
Large 46” Smart TV in spacious living room, and 40” Smart TV in bedroom—great for relaxation after your long adventurous days.
Queen sized sofa sleeper in living room.

Double sliders open to oversize lanai, onto meticulously kept lawn and landscaped grounds. Beach chairs, umbrella & cooler for your beach days, OR stay onsite and enjoy one of the largest pools in North Kihei with hot tub.

Complex is surrounded by lush plumeria trees boasting an aroma that only our islands can provide.
For the sport enthusiasts, play a game of tennis or pickle ball on one of the two tennis/pickleball courts or ping pong, while you warm the BBQ.
For your enjoyment, there is an extensive library for a book of your choosing.
Condo is in close proximity to all the amenities mentioned above. In addition, this complex is conveniently located to grocery stores, multiple restaurants and shopping. Wait no longer to book your get away vacation!

Everything about this condo was very good. Great hosts, easy check-in, ground floor with parking just out the door. Great location, a block off the beach so walk over for sunsets at 5.45 every day.

Very nice stay in Maui

The condo is very clean and comfortable and in good location. We had nice walk around neiborhood every evening. Short drive to our favorite beautiful beach. Clise to grocery stores.

Great Condo

This condo was a perfect unit for the kids and I. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked. The KOA Resort is such a nice resort with well kept landscaping and an amazing pool.

Wonderful Condo

This was a great place to stay. Shawn and Dave made everything so easy and the property was wonderful. We had others staying in the same resort and the ability to move between places and enjoy the pool and bbq area was great. The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. Amenities were close by too. I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect peaceful spot!

This condo was in the perfect location for access to everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, well lit and low key. Walking distance to the beach, barely a drive needed to restaurants and the Kihei swap meet, and quick access to the highway and getting other parts of the island. The owners were so kind and communicative. The whole experience was fantastic

Great property and great location!

The condo was great! Perfect location in between the more resort areas and also the Road to Hana start area. The sleeper couch worked well and the condo property has a pool, tennis court, and lots of other amenities. Communication with the hosts was great too. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot in Kihei

Loved our stay! Kitchen is well outfitted. Ample space in the condo to spread out. Great lanai. Felt very private. Pool and tennis courts were amazing! The condo is new feeling and nicely remodeled. We will stay here again!

Quiet, central location

We loved our stay here. The ground floor unit was next to the parking lot for ease of movement. The place is great for people with mobility issues. The unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The lanai was delightful with the plants providing some privacy. The owners were so considerate and patient as I had to switch our days, even working with VRBO for us. I hope to be able to stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

I’ve stayed at the KOA resort a few times over the years. The swimming pool and grounds are top notch. That’s why I always go back. First time staying in 3F. The condo is well stocked and nicely updated. Normally we go with the kids, but this trip was just my wife and I. Perfect condo for couples. Would stay in the unit again in a heartbeat.

Kihei's Perfect Stay

Alhoa~This little gem is perfectly located for everything on Maui, from snorkeling, the beaches, hiking, shopping and finding great food. We always felt like we were coming home to our home. Very nice resort and very nice 1 bedroom condo

This was my first VRBO rental. At first I wasn’t sure but the resort and location grew on us, once we rented a car. The owners are fabulous communicators and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The unit is updated, well stocked and comfortable. We had never stayed on the Kihei side of Maui. We will return.

This really is a very clean and comfortable condo. Hosts Shawn and Dave were great! They were informative and helpful with any questions we had. They have obviously put thought into the little details... Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and dining in. Full washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Nicely secluded patio. We're already looking forward to coming back again next year!

Nice place, well equiped

Three teenages and myself spent one week at the KOA resort. The resort itself has a pool, hot tub, two tennis courts with one that has pickle ball court lines and common bbq area with table tennis. Our extended family had rented three different condos and each was nice however, this one had Air Conditioning, some do not. Shawn had great communication and was able to provide a late check out. We had a rental car and parking was not a problem. I would stay there again.

Marvellously Equipped

The owners have seemingly anticipated every possible need of their guests from baby wipes to insect repellent. But here is the coup de grace, something that 4 and 5 star hotels have not yet grasped, enough luggage stands for the number of guests. In fact, there were only 2 of us but there were 3 luggage stands as well as a fold up step stool for reaching top shelves. Good job guys !

Koa Resort Never Disappoints

First and foremost, Shawn (owner) is a dream communicator. I always knew what was needed in advance. He made sure the unit was easy to find and get in to. The condo itself is spectacular. So clean, well stocked, and cozy. Two beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler made our beach days that much more relaxed and enjoyable. Speaking of beach days, this condo is a dream location. Within 10 minutes there are multiple beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. If you wanted, you could stay within a 5 mile radius and have everything you need for a great beach vacation. If you're not in the mood for beach waters, the condo has a beautiful pool. Mahalo Shawn, we will be back! Aloha!

Koa Review

The unit we stayed in 3F was very nice and well stocked with everything you need. The location is pretty good for exploring the island. Nothing is in walking distance so you definitely need a car. The information on this resort stated there was swimming and snorkeling at the beach across the street. The beach across the street is not nice or good for swimming and there's no good snorkeling across the street. One thing everyone who books here should know, is there seems to be a war going on between the Vacation rental unit owners and the permanent residents and owners of the other units. The local residents were not friendly and made it very clear they did not like tourists staying there. The feel of the place was not good or welcoming.
