From the moment you drive into this gated complex you will feel the peace and tranquility of Turtle Bay. As you walk through the door of this Hawaiiana tropical style decorated one bedroom/two bathroom, ground floor unit you will feel right at home.

This condo is located on the ground level at Kuilima Estates East, a gated community adjacent to the luxurious 850 acre Turtle Bay Resort (the most spacious resort in Hawaii) on the 18th hole of the famous Turtle Bay Fazio Golf Course. The condo complex itself is beautifully landscaped and has 2 heated swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ areas, and outdoor showers.

The unit is decorated in a Hawaiiana tropical style with elegant Tommy Bahama furnishings. The master bedbroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed couch which converts to a full size bed. There is also a fold out futon mattress which sleeps the fifth person. The screened-in lanai opens to a grassy area and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the golf course.

The unit also comes equipped with: washer and dryer, AC units and ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, free high speed WiFi-internet access, two flatscreen TVs w/ digital cable. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and all items necessary to prepare meals at home.

The onsite manager lives nearby should any need arise on your vacation. Assigned parking is provided for guests as well as additional guest parking available upon request.

The beaches are just a quick walk from your front door. There are 5 miles of secluded beachfront walking paths for you to explore and 12 miles of biking, hiking, and jogging trails. You can see sea turtles and dolphins all year round and humpback whales in the winter from this area.

Just a 5 minute walk from the condo you will find the beautiful grounds of the resort which includes 5 restaurants (indoor and outdoor), a bar where you can sip a tropical drink, listen to live entertainment while you enjoy a breathtaking sunset, snorkel or relax on the beach. In addition, the Turtle Bay Resort offers: two championship 18 hole golf courses, world class tennis courts, day spa services and yoga/fitness classes, horseback riding, surfing lessons, helicopter rides, bike rentals, moped rentals, segway tours/rentals, and a car rental desk and services.

A short drive will take you to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and to some of the most famous surfing spots are on the North Shore, such as the Pipeline, Sunset Beach, and Waimea Bay. In the town of Hale’iwa there are quaint shops including Matsumoto’s (famous for Hawaiian shaved ice) and the North Shore’s shrimp trucks. Honolulu/Waikiki is about a 60-minute drive and the Polynesian Cultural Center is a 5 minute drive away.

Notes:
The condo comes with initial supplies of 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and liquid hand soap. For the kitchen, a roll of paper towel, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, garbage bags and laundry soap. We also provide some beach gear, including beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs. For your little one, we have pack-n-play in the unit.
