Great stay! Comfortable, clean, spacious, great location. We appreciated all the little things provided like pack n play, beach gear, and plenty of kitchen things. We loved enjoying meals on the lanai! Communication with the host was fantastic and everything was as stated.

Nice roomy condo on the North side of the island. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great. Check-in/checkout was very easy. Was a little disappointed that the pool closest to the condo was closed the week we were there for repairs. Did not have advance notice of that.

Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. We had friends staying in units in the same community and their units had been updated and were clean. I would not recommend this condo for your Hawaii vacation!!

The location of this property is awesome! Walking distance to so much. We found the grounds very clean and the pool nice to relax at. The condo was great for a place to come and go but is in dire need of some general maintenance and upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The sliding doors are terrible. Won’t stay on track. The one in bedroom won’t open. The patio is small. The light above the stove did not work. The unit is spacious and it’s nice to have two bathrooms. A larger on wall tv would be better. Also the bbq is at the pool and requires charcoal. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan in bedroom. Nice to have washer and dryer. Communication was good. Unit is near entrance.

Cute condo on the golf course. Great location. 5 minute walk to the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort. Loved having two bathrooms. Overall this was a good place. The towels and place smelled a bit of mildew, but I think this is because it’s just really moist there. Probably not a lot to do about it. My only complaint is the pool doesn’t open until 9:00 am. I like to exercise in the early mornings and it would have been nice to have pool access.

We chose this property primarily for its unbeatable location on the North Shore, which truly delivered. It was walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and hiking trails, making it super convenient for exploring the island without a car every day.Unfortunately, the condition of the unit itself was a major disappointment and made our stay stressful and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we were hit with a strong musty, damp smell throughout the entire place – clearly indicating poor ventilation and possible moisture issues. The air felt heavy and humid indoors, even with fans and AC running constantly. The cleanliness was far below what we expected from a vacation rental. Surfaces throughout and the bathrooms hadn't been properly deep-cleaned. Repairs of walls and windows are desperately needed.The worst part was the roach infestation. We saw multiple live cockroaches – in the kitchen at night, crawling on counters, in the bathroom, bedroom and living room.It wasn't just one or two stragglers; it felt like an ongoing problem.We understand that roaches can be common in tropical climates like Hawaii, but this level was excessive and clearly a maintenance issue, not a one-off. Combined with the dirt and dampness, it made the property feel unlivable and unsafe for food prep or relaxation. I had to throw some of my food out bc it felt unsafe to eat after being on the counter overnight.The photos and description online did not reflect the reality we encountered.

Wonderful place in paradise!

Everything was great! Perfect location to Turtle Bay beach, Polynesian Cultural Center, food truck parks, beaches, just everything! Pools were nice to swim in the evenings! Condo had all the amenities such as beach towels, kitchen items, beach toys, etc!

Great location and a good size for our family. Some amenities are dated. (One older TV only, none in rooms, and isn’t a smart tv so you can’t use any streaming services) otherwise it was clean and comfortable. AC worked fine, appliances worked, and kitchen and bathrooms well stocked.

Great stay in Turtle Bay

This property was great. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Our 2 teens loved having the loft to themselves. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for meals. Even though it's not directly on the water, it's a quick walk to the resort beach and the pool is right by the unit. Property manger was quick to respond to any messages.
