If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.

Please note that the A/C system in this rental is designed with a lower limit of 71°F and includes door sensors that turn off the A/C when doors are left open. Please ensure that the doors in the condo are closed at all times except when entering or exiting.
