The Space:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a Parisian building (without an elevator). It consists of a separate bedroom with storage space, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a toilet.

The bathroom has two connecting doors so that those sleeping in the bedroom or living room can use it.



Each space has been carefully designed to ensure a pleasant stay.



You are in the heart of one of the liveliest districts of Paris: theaters, restaurants, cafes, shops, and major tourist attractions are all nearby.

Public transportation is just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get around the city.





The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Please note that the sofa bed is 180 cm long and 140 cm wide.
