It is ideal for enjoying the exceptional setting of the Brittany coast.

The ground floor features a warm living space with an open kitchen connected to the living room.

The kitchen is equipped to prepare your meals easily:

- Storage spaces

The lounge area allows you to relax after a day at the beach or walking along the coastal paths. Board games and a Smart TV are available, as well as storage space.

The Beach Bedroom is a comfortable double room with décor inspired by the Sillon Beach in Saint-Malo.
It features:
- A king-size bed (can be configured as two single beds if needed)
- A private bathroom
- A coffee corner with coffee maker
- Storage spaces


The separate toilet is located on the landing.

Located under the roof, the Sky Bedroom offers a soft and bright atmosphere.

The skylight with a partial sea view provides natural light and allows you to enjoy the scenery.

The house is located in the center of the village of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, a charming peninsula known for its marine landscapes and peaceful atmosphere.

From the house, you can easily:

The area is quiet, authentic, and much appreciated for walks, tides, and sunsets over the sea.
